bottopdf provides web-based tools for converting digital records (such as WhatsApp chat exports) and image files into PDF format. Our service is designed to be a "Zero-Persistence" platform, meaning we process your data transiently and do not store your original files or converted outputs permanently on our servers.

2. User Privacy & Data Handling

• Privacy First: We do not read, store, or sell the content of your files.
• Ephemeral Processing: Your files are uploaded to a temporary secure workspace, processed, and then immediately eligible for deletion.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for downloading your files promptly. Once the temporary session expires, we cannot recover your documents.

3. Legal & Ethical Use

You agree to use bottopdf only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our service to:

• Process data you do not have the legal right or permission to access.
• Convert content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the privacy of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our software or bypass our security measures.

Note for Legal Professionals: While we provide tools designed for legal evidence preparation, bottopdf makes no guarantee regarding the admissibility of any generated PDF in any specific court or jurisdiction. Admissibility is determined by the presiding judge or magistrate.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Billing: Premium features are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as selected during checkout.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, since our service is a digital utility, once a conversion quota has been used, we cannot offer full refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability

bottopdf is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from:

• Loss of data due to failure to download files within the session window.
• Accuracy or completeness of the data converted (we convert exactly what you upload).
• Interruption of service due to technical issues beyond our control.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
